Covid-19 Pfizer/AZ Vaccinations
Updated: Oct 17, 2021
Consider getting vaccinated now with either the Pfizer/AZ Covid-19 Vaccine. If you are really unsure, do book in with your GP to discuss. Please be assured that your GP is trained to go through your decision process with you using Evidence Based Information and their understanding of you as a person.
Aged over 12*
Gordon Doctors now has Pfizer (Comirnaty) Covid-19 Vaccination Clinics that can be booked online at www.gordondoctors.com/book-an-appointment or by calling 94999999. As a surgery, we have decided to protect our community and are aiming to vaccinate as many residents as possible who will come forward, before the end of Oct 2021. So, book in now.
*If your profile requires an Astra Zeneca (Vaxzevria) vaccine, we still have some appointments to book at www.gordondoctors.com/book-an-appointment or by calling 94999999 but they are limited. Future clinics will be organised based on your needs.
Moderna is only available at pharmacists. *
If you are from another LGA, you are advised to go closer to your home *as there are many shots being delivered around Sydney at the moment. It will be safer for you.
** A very narrow range of immunocompromised patients can now book in for a booster Pfizer shot. Please call 94999999 to get on the waiting list and check eligibility.
Aged under 12 years
Currently, neither vaccines or the Moderna has been approved for this age group. The approval process is to protect you and ensure there are sufficient tests conducted. To find out about any future clinics for this age group, do follow us on www.facebook.com/gordondoctors or bookmark our newspage www.gordondoctors.com/blog. If you are a current patient, you can put your name on our waiting list by calling 94999999.
Please keep safe and follow all infection control protocols. As a medical facility, we have been following the same protocols that you are advised to for the last 30 years and they are there for a reason.
